Staff Attorney – Corporate
Position available for an attorney interested in parlaying strong organizational, project management and technological skills, as well as experience in M&A transactions, into an exciting new staff attorney role within the firm.
This role involves project management and process-improvement initiatives, developing expertise in, and driving adoption of, M&A technology tools, and developing and maintaining department forms, checklists, and other knowledge-management. The position also involves client work (performing and managing due diligence, research, drafting commercial contracts and schedules).
This role is intended for an individual who is seeking a meaningful and challenging opportunity to be part of our highly regarded team without also having marketing or new business generation expectations.
