Legislative Analyst/Attorney - House Research Department

The nonpartisan Research Department of the Minnesota House of Representatives is accepting applications for one Legislative Analyst position. Analysts may work on criminal justice issues and general legal and policy issues. 

They are aiming for a December or January start date to fill this position. The position is regular, full-time, with benefits. 

they are looking for someone who has: (1) a law degree and license; (2) work experience as an attorney; (3) excellent human relations and teamwork skills; (4) excellent oral and written communication skills; and (5) interest in public policy and government. Knowledge of the legislative process is desirable but not required.
