CLE – New Development in Eyewitness Identification

The MHBA, in collaboration with the International Leadership Institute and the Strong & Starlike Consulting, Inc., is hosting a CLE on New Developments in Eyewitness Identification and its impact and role in the community. The goal of the CLE is to educate the legal community about new developments in eyewitness investigation. This CLE will highlight the problems that arise from the standard eyewitness identification process as well as introduce new methods that have arisen to correct these problems. These new methods include the “double-blind” procedure, instructions, composing the lineup, confidence statements, and documentation.
