We seek an attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience to work in our Business Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with or interest in the following:

• Drafting and responding to discovery
• Motion practice, including preparation and argument
• Case management and organization skills
• Taking and defending depositions
• Trial assistance
• Business development
