We seek an attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience to work in our Product Liability and Complex Torts Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with or interest in the following:

  • Drafting and responding to discovery
  • Motion practice, including preparation and argument
  • Case management and organization skills
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Development and discovery of experts
  • Trial assistance
  • Business development

Exceptional research and writing abilities and analytical skills required. Academic credentials will be weighed along with other indicators of ability, motivation and initiative. Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills and a strong desire for client contact and hands-on litigation experience. Must be admitted to practice in Minnesota (or eligible).
