Our Labor & Employment group has an opportunity for a 4+ year associate to assist in all areas of our management-side practice, including class and single-plaintiff employment litigation defense, counseling and preventive advice, restrictive covenant and trade secret work, and labor relations.
This is a great opportunity to become part of a talented team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help deliver excellent service to our clients. Exceptional research and writing abilities and analytical skills required. Academic credentials will be weighed along with other indicators of ability, motivation, and initiative. Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills and experience with, or readiness for, direct client contact. Must be admitted to practice in Minnesota (or eligible). At least 4 years practice in employment law is preferred. Admission to the California Bar is plus, but not required.
