We seek an attorney with a minimum of 2 years of Employment/Business based-immigration experience to work in our Labor and Employment Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with the following:

• Work on all immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters including but not limited to Nonimmigrant petitions for H-1B, E-1, E-2, E-3, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, H-3 and TN; J-1 waivers, I-140s for EB-1 Multi-National Managers and Executives, EB-1 Outstanding Researchers and Professors, EB-1 Aliens with Extraordinary Ability; I-140s for EB-2s based on National Interest Waiver or PERM; PERM-based EB-3s; PERM labor certification applications, Permits to Reenter; Consular processing for nonimmigrant and immigrants visas; Naturalization applications; and I-485 applications.
• Draft responses to complex RFEs, NOIDs, audits, and appeals
• Analyze facts to determine issues and solutions and ability to explain complex immigration options and concepts to clients
• Assist clients with I-9 and LCA compliance issues
