Stinson LLP is seeking an Associate with two to four years of experience to join the Construction Law practice group in our Minneapolis office.

The position involves supporting clients in the construction industry who need assistance with contract negotiation, project counseling, problem solving and dispute resolution. While the position is predominantly in litigation, construction industry experience and non-litigation skills are also valued.

Qualifications Required: Juris Doctor and active Minnesota attorney license are required. Qualified candidates will have two to four years of litigation experience. Construction industry and construction law experience is highly desirable, and an interest in supporting and developing a construction practice is required. The candidate must possess excellent academic credentials and have strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
