We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced associate attorney to join the firm’s growing Data Privacy & Cybersecurity group and its Technology & Digital Business team. The position requires a keen interest in the intersection of emerging technologies and data privacy/cybersecurity law, coupled with a desire to work collaboratively to deliver thought leadership and best-in-class service to our clients. The candidate will support, develop, and help lead all phases of the practice group’s work. The primary focus will be advising clients in the implementation of cybersecurity and privacy compliance programs, breach response, regulatory investigation and litigation management, technology transactions, and M&A due diligence. The practice group is highly entrepreneurial and values independent thinkers with the drive, intellectual curiosity, and vision to maintain a leading practice in the Midwest.
