Trepanier MacGillis Battina P.A. seeks a highlymotivated associate attorney licensed in Minnesota with 2 4 years of experience to perform topquality work in a smallfirm atmosphere. This position will primarily involve litigation in the areas of employment, noncompete, trade secrets, minority shareholder, breach of contract, and general business disputes. The position will also involve some contract drafting, transactional work, and advice and counseling. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
