We are seeking an associate with 1-5 years of experience to support our growing environmental practice. This associate will assist with research relating to environmental compliance and enforcement matters; drafting environmental provisions in purchase agreements, contracts, and leases; and the management due diligence on environmental matters in M&A and real property transactions for a wide array of commercial, real estate, industrial, and energy-sector clients. Preferred candidates will have environmental transactional experience and substantive familiarity with state and federal environmental laws.
Preferred candidates will have:
– 1-5 years of related legal experience
– Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
– Strong academic background
– J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
– Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
