Join a preeminent plaintiff’s Medical Malpractice firm in the Midwest. We are looking for an Associate for our Medical Malpractice & Personal Injury department with 4+ years of experience. Our ideal candidate will have experience representing families in birth injury litigation. Additional experience handling auto accident, product liability, medical malpractice, or other personal injury work is also desirable. Our successful candidate will be a nimble multi-tasker with 1st chair deposition experience, who likes working with clients, drafting memoranda, motions, jury instructions and briefs, conducting discovery, and a wide variety of other tasks associated with trial preparation. Trial experience is a plus.
