Products Liability Associate

Robins Kaplan LLP seeks an associate to join its Business Litigation practice in our Minneapolis office. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials and 2 – 4 years of products liability defense experience. In addition to strong research and writing skills, successful candidates will have experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions in complex products liability and business litigation matters. Additional experience in taking and defending depositions, with arbitrations and trials, or appellate work, is helpful.
