About the Position
The OnBase Administrator and Process Improvement Specialist will provide application support for MDHR’s database system, OnBase, and identify opportunities for database improvements and process solutions.
This position will assist the agency by reporting, researching, and resolving database issues as well as maintaining database templates used by staff.
This position also provides technical support for staff including workspace and equipment set-up and other duties as assigned.
This is a temporary position with a end date of May 30, 2023 and a possibility for extension for up to another six (6) months.
Closing Date: Wednesday, November 16, 2022
Salary Range: $21.10 – $29.74 / hourly; $44,056 – $62,097 / annually

Hybrid Work Environment
To promote a culture of flexibility, MDHR offers staff a hybrid work environment that varies by team and position based on business needs.
For example, some teams work in the office at most two days per week whereas other teams can choose to work from home every day. Other positions require more in-person meetings. And about once per month, all staff attend a collaborative in-person meeting in the office.
