MHBA member Mercedes Molina wrote an article for Minnesota Law’s Journal of Law & Inequality.
Mercedes G. Molina is a 2L at the University of Minnesota Law School. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Mercedes earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and spent some time working for the Texas House of Representatives prior to law school. At the Law School, Mercedes works towards equity and inclusion as Co-President of the Latinx Law Student Association and Executive Board member of the National Lawyers’ Guild student chapter. She also serves as a student attorney at the UMN Law Child Advocacy & Juvenile Justice Clinic and as a staff member on the Minnesota Journal of Law & Inequality.
