About the MHBA Endowment Fund
In 1998, the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association (MHBA) established the Manuel Cervantes Endowment Fund in partnership with El Fondo de Nuestra Comunidad and under the administration of The St. Paul Foundation. This visionary initiative was created to support the next generation of legal professionals dedicated to serving the Latino/a community.
The MHBA Endowment Fund is designed to provide financial assistance to law student interns who are committed to working at non-profit organizations that serve the Latino/a community. By supporting these interns, the fund aims to foster a new wave of legal advocates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of Latino/a individuals and families.
Join Us in Making a Difference
The MHBA Endowment Fund is more than just financial support; it is an investment in the future of our community. By empowering law students to work with non-profit organizations, we are building a stronger, more resilient Latino/a community.
