We are excited to introduce a leadership role as the Senior Associate General Counsel in preparation for the new Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF). The Senior Associate General Counsel will work alongside counterparts in the Department of Human Services with the intent to transfer the role to DCYF once it is established.

The Senior Associate General Counsel will provide legal expertise to the Department of Human Services and Children, Youth, and Families. The Senior Associate General Counsel will conduct legal and policy research, perform analysis on diverse and complex matters, provide legal advice, and produce written products for a variety of audiences and purposes related to contested cases, litigation monitoring, Olmstead Plan, and general compliance duties.
