Luz Maria Frias to be awarded MHBA Lifetime Achievement Award

Luz Maria Frias is receiving the MHBA’s Lifetime Achievement award for dedicating her career to bettering our community and profession in Minnesota through her leadership in legal nonprofit, government, and philanthropy, and through her mentorship of students and young attorneys.  Luz is one of our community’s transformative leaders who we credit for modeling what it means to be the “first of many to follow” and inspiring Latine excellence at all levels, including through her role as the state’s first Latina appointed Deputy Attorney General.

The award will be presented at our Annual Gala on April 19, 2024. Tickets are still available.
