Kiss Stress Goodbye

The MHBA presents Workshops for Wellness and Professional Goals—a series of events intended to promote well-being and empowerment in our community. Join us in the first event of this series: Kiss Stress Goodbye in 15-30 Days.

Stress relief beyond sleep, nutrition, exercise, and work/life balance. This workshop combines scientific and holistic approaches to:

  1. Complete the stress cycle: Use a language the body understands to release stored stress.
  2. Process mental & emotional states: Learn practical tools to navigate mental and emotional states with ease.
  3. 10-minute release practice: Swap lengthy self-care routines for a quick, impactful practice, bringing power, presence, and peace.
