TML is currently hiring an associate attorney within our litigation team. While a book of business is a plus, it is more important that the team member is a good fit in terms of skill set and alignment with our firm culture and values.

TML currently seeks a litigation attorney with these skills and experience, in addition to the following abilities:
● Dedication to meeting both court and internal deadlines (this is crucial)
● Compelling legal writing
● Lateral and flexible problem-solving skills
● Ability to manage multiple cases at once
● Familiarity with motion practice, discovery strategy, taking depositions, and trial
● Willingness to mentor and assist other attorneys with litigation tasks and strategy development
