TML currently seeks a transactional attorney with these skills and experience, in addition to the following abilities:
● Ability to manage multiple cases at once
● Dedication to meeting internal deadlines and, when supporting the litigation practice, court deadlines (this is crucial)
● Compelling legal writing
● Lateral and flexible problem-solving skills
● Basic familiarity with contract terms and entity formations
