Standing Committee for No-Fault Arbitration

The Supreme Court is seeking applicants for two attorney-member vacancies on the Standing Committee for No-Fault Arbitration.  Experience in personal injury work and no-fault insurance claims is required.
 
The vacancies are for four-year terms ending on December 31, 2027; renewable for one additional four-year term.
 
The Standing Committee for No-Fault Arbitration meets the third Friday of the month in January, April, July and October.  The Committee oversees the day-to-day administration of no-fault claims by the American Arbitration Association and the No-Fault Arbitrator Panel.  This includes investigating administrative and arbitrator complaints, as well as hearing appeals under Rule 8 of the No-Fault Arbitration Rules. 
 
Applicants interested in appointment must submit a letter of interest and resume to Christa Rutherford-Block, Clerk of the Appellate Courts, via e-mail at mjcappellateclerkofcourt@courts.state.mn.us or by mail to 25 Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Suite 305, St. Paul, MN 55155. Email applications are preferred. Applications must be received by 4:30 pm on Friday, February 9, 2024.
