About the Position
The Director of Process Improvement and Systems Management serves as an agency leader in project management, continuous improvement practices, and creative thinking to develop and deliver programmatic and IT solutions for MDHR.
This position directs a unit of staff focused on programmatic and IT systems improvements. The Director of Process Improvement and Systems Management identifies, implements, and manages strategies, processes, and database system improvements to continually improve the effectiveness of MDHR’s work.

Salary Range: $31.62 – $45.82 / hourly; $66,022 – $95,672 / annually
