Stinson LLP seeks an attorney with at least four years of employment law experience to join our Minneapolis or New York office.
Excellent research, writing, analytical skills, and academics are required. The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills:
- Drafting and review of employment contracts (separation agreements, non-competes, and executive employment agreements), handbooks and policies;
- Employment counseling and/or employment transactional due diligence experience;
- Leading EEO charge responses with minimal oversight; and
- Employment litigation, supporting wage and hour, employment discrimination, and non-competition litigation.
The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to manage a challenging workload. We are relentlessly committed to client service and look for candidates who share that commitment.
Qualified candidates will have at least four years of employment law experience and the ability to handle sophisticated work at a national level. Active Minnesota and/or NY license or eligibility to become admitted to the Minnesota and/or NY bar is required.

Our attorney compensation structure has two components: (1) a base salary (based on an 1850 billable hour target) and (2) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. Depending on the experience level of the candidate, the base compensation for this role ranges between $170,000 and $210,000.
