Our Health Care Practice Group seeks a senior or associate level attorney with 4 or more years
of health care regulatory experience working with health care providers and payers. The
qualified individual will have strong working knowledge of laws and regulations impacting the
health care industry. We seek specific experience with health care providers and payers in
health care regulation, compliance and privacy (HIPAA).

Exceptional research and writing skills with strong attention to detail required. Academic
credentials will be weighed along with other indicators of ability, motivation and initiative.
Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, and have the ability
to work independently and as part of a group while managing multiple client matters. Must be
admitted to practice in MN (or eligible). Transferable client work is a plus, but not required.
