Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a mid-level associate to join the Labor and Employment group’s litigation team in our Minneapolis office. Ideal candidates will have three or more years of employment litigation experience and a strong commitment to client service. Candidates will have strong academic credentials and brief-writing skills, experience drafting charge responses, basic knowledge of laws governing employment relationships (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, etc.), and litigation experience in Minnesota state and federal courts.
